About Shura Island-Central Hotel HC01

The Shura Island-Central Hotel HC01 project is located on an untouched island in the Red Sea area, between Umluj and Al Wajh cities. The island features 11 luxury resorts, a world-class golf course, clubhouse, and golf villas.

The contract for the project was signed with Red Sea Global Company. It involves the construction of a unique and iconic 7-level hotel resort building with 368 rooms and 417 bathroom pods. The total contract value for the luxurious 430-room hotel is 269 million Saudi riyals.

The Shura Island-Central Hotel HC01 is part of phase 1 of the development, contributing to the development of the distinguished luxury destination projects by Red Sea Global (RSG).
