About King Abdullah University Of Science & Technology (KAUST) KAUST - Phase - I - Administration And Campus 

Project consists of 64 Residential Buildings that make up a total of 1046 apartments of high level finishes. Project also includes amenities such as a Yacht Club, Galleria/Food Court, Theater / Cinema, Goods Transfer building (fedx), Bank, a Waste Transfer facilities and a state of art Library. Also, Project houses a part of the main campus Research Labs that compose of (3) Incubator Research buildings and (3) Marine Ociantic Research Buildings located adjacent to Sea. Last but not least, is the 65 Meter high Beacon which has became the Symbol of KAUST. Total Built up area 370,000 SQM on a 1,000,000 SQM area.
