King Abdul Aziz Endowment project in Makkah is a major design/build/operate/ transfer commercial and residential complex undertaken by the company, consisting of seven towers with a floor area of more than one million four hundred thousand sq. metres. Acknowleging tradition and heritage, King Abdul Aziz Endowment project will offer visitors to Makkah the most modern facilities and amenities available while respecting the neighbouring Haram.

As a part of the project, custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah commissioned SBG to build the tallest clock tower in the world. The clock is set to be placed on the ?fth tower of the Project at a height of 380 meters and could be seen from all sides. The name of Allah will be inscribed on each of the four clock faces. Two of the clock faces including the inscription will be 80 meters in height and 65 meters in width, and the dial diameter will be 39 meters. The other two clocks will be 65 meters in height and 43 meters in width while their dial diameter will be 25 meters. Two lifts will take visitors to a balcony with a width of five meters below the clocks. The landmark edi?ce will also carry intricate islamic decorative artwork.
